360 Strategic Success

360 Strategic Success is the consulting practice Alexis Austin Litle founded for law firm owners, and she works with them privately and in groups.

She teaches AI ethics and the proper implementation of AI inside a law firm, and she teaches owners how to run a law firm the way a business owner runs a business, which covers intake, sales, the numbers a firm should be watching, and the systems underneath all of it.

LexAxiom

LexAxiom came out of owning two law firms and years of work with law firms across the country. Alexis Austin Litle wanted the knowledge and the processes behind good business practice available to a law firm owner at the touch of a button, so she co-founded the company and runs it as chief executive. She uses the platform inside her own firm.

LexAxiom is built as privilege-native software, which means it starts from a lawyer’s ethical duty of client confidentiality and builds outward from there. Client data stays inside the firm’s own tenant, so a lawyer can account to a court for where privileged material has been and who has touched it, which is the standard the duty actually requires.

Keystone Profit Intelligence

Alexis Austin Litle co-founded Keystone Profit Intelligence in 2026 with Chelsea Williams, a fractional CFO who works with law firms, and she serves as its chief AI architect. She was Chelsea’s client before she was her co-founder, which is how the company started.

Keystone works as an AI fractional CFO for law firm owners. A firm uploads its profit and loss statement each month, and Keystone reviews the structure of the books, flags what changed, and asks why until it gets to something the owner can act on. It tracks cash, realization, expenses, receivables aging and billable hours, and every figure is calculated in fixed code rather than guessed by a model. It never connects to the firm’s bank.
